How long will my cookies last once shipped, picked up or delivered to me?
Our already baked cookies will last around 3-5 days after being picked up or shipped. All of our cookies are baked fresh and immediately packaged so we can seal in all the gooey goodness :) For our dough, putting it in the freezer increases shelf life making it last months!!
Where are you guys located?
In San Diego, we are located at 650 University Ave San Diego, CA 92103. How long till I get my cookies? Dough?
Since we do overnight shipping, our cookies, or dough, will be shipped within 1-2 days! We understand their importance;) For pick up orders, if needed ASAP, you can call directly and we will make it our priority to have your order ready. For not as pressing orders, a window of around 4 hours ahead is preferred!
Once I get the cookies, is there a preferred way to warm them up?
Putting them in the microwave for around 5-10 seconds will make them warm and gooey again! Or… you can put them in the toaster oven for your own desired time for your preferred gooeyness.
