Meet Uncle Biff!
UNCLE BIFF'S California Killer Cookies has been in San Diego since 1985, but the recipe for cookie happiness has been around longer than Uncle Biff.
The origin of these chewy delights comes from Biff's Grandma who they called "Ga Ga" long before there was a Lady Gaga. Ga Ga would send 100 cookies to Biff and older sis, Lesley, every holiday. The cookies aways arrived perfectly made and lovingly packaged so that not a cookie crumbled before making it to their intended destination. Ah, those cookies!
Biff and Lesley would set about hoarding cookies by sneaking away with individually wrapped cookies and hiding them like chipmunks! The war of the cookies always ended up happy and the siblings reunited having eaten all the cookies. Looking back on those ultimate comfort food days, Uncle Biff decided to recreate a little bit of childhood heaven. After untold batches of trial and error, Uncle Biff's Killer Cookies was born.
The cookies found their way to family, friends, and colleagues. When Biff couldn't produce enough cookies from his house to keep up with the cookie demand, he opened his first shop out of pacific beach, followed by the Hillcrest location two years later. Now the cookies are enjoyed by numerous presidential candidates, mayors of major cities, politicians, hall of fame athletes, PGA tour hall of famers, rock and roll hall of famers, and most importantly, all the great folks who live here in America's finest city!
